William T. “Wall” Williamson, 89, of Lonaconing, passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at Egle Nursing Home, Lonaconing.
Wall was born in Lonaconing on August 12, 1927 to the late Richard and Bessie (Foutz) Williamson. He was also preceded in death by his wife Margaret “Honey” Brown Williamson and a brother and three sisters, Harry Williamson, Dorothy Williamson, Laura Foor and Mary “Peggy” Baumann.
He attended Central High School, Lonaconing. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy and retired from the Kelly Springfield Tire Company. He was protestant by faith.
Wall is survived by three sisters, Mildred Wratchford of Baltimore, Eileen Robertson of Lonaconing and Shirley Connor of Lonaconing. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received at Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing on Monday, December 12, 2016 from Noon-2PM. A funeral service will follow at 2:00PM with Rev. Fred Iser officiating. Interment will be held at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Moscow Mills.
