William Harold Dye Sr., 58, of Cresaptown died Wednesday, April 8, 2015. He was born on May 26, 1956 in Frostburg and grew up in Moscow; the son of the late Jake and Angie (Broadwater) Dye.
He was preceded in death by two sons, William Dye II and John Dye Sr. and three brothers, Louie, Donnie and James Dye.
William was a member of God’s Ark of Safety Church, Frostburg.
Surviving is his wife Brenda (Cameron) Dye and one son Nathan Dye and wife Misty; three brothers Roy, Paul and Charles Dye; four sisters Anna Thomas, Sharon Thomas, Donna Fields and Dorothy Myers; seven grandchildren John Jr., Adien, Hannah, Emilee, Eithan, Haileigh and Little Bill and special cousin John Bostjanic.
William is being cremated at his request. Family and friends will be received at the Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing on Saturday, April 18, 2015 from Noon-1 PM. A memorial service will immediately follow at 1:00PM with Pastor Everett Spence officiating. A dinner will follow the service at God’s Ark of Safety Church, Frostburg. Inurnment will be held at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Moscow Mills.
