It is with great sadness that Irma (Colmer) Robertson, Moscow, MD and Ray (Rocky) Taylor, McSherrystown , PA announce the passing of their beautiful daughter, Stephanie Ann Taylor, 33, of Westernport, MD on January 7, 2016.
Stephanie was born February 26, 1982 in Cumberland, MD. She was a graduate of Westmar High School, class of 2000. She was employed at Xerox, Frostburg, MD.
In addition to her parents, Stephanie leaves behind the loves of her life, sons Devon and Bryan Staggs. She is also survived by Brother Nathan Taylor and nephew Nathaniel Taylor; maternal grandmother Eleanor (Weimer) Colmer; aunts and uncles, Pam and Jerry Gray, Janet Colmer and Phil Whiteman, Joe and Ann Colmer, Bob Colmer, Charlie and Cathy Colmer, John and Debbie Weimer and Harry and Lonnie Weimer and numerous cousins.
Other special survivors include her stepfather, Bill Robertson and his children, Angie Robertson, Amber Haines and Chris Robertson; her stepmother Barb Taylor and children Jeffrey, Jesse, and Amanda Taylor; special companion Keith Nestor; her sons’ father Randy Staggs, his mother Kathy Staggs, his sister Candy Staggs and Kelly Holmes and Desiray Brown.
She was preceded in death by maternal grandfather Paul Colmer, Sr.; paternal grandparents Charles (Wimpy) and Ella Taylor; Aunt Julie Colmer and Uncles Tom, Paul and Sam Colmer; and special father figure Terry Brinkman.
Stephanie could light up the world with her sweet smile. She was a most loving girl and blossomed into a wonderful young lady with a heart of gold. Grief is the price we pay for love.
Visitation will be held at Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home in Lonaconing, MD Wednesday, January 13, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
A funeral service will held be at the funeral home on Thursday, January 14, 2016 with Deacon Harold Bradley officiating. Interment will follow the service at St. Ann’s Cemetery in Avilton, MD.
