Peggy Ann Fazenbaker, 72, of Blueberry Lane, Lonaconing, MD died Monday, February 13, 2017 at Western Maryland Regional Medical Center, Cumberland. Born on May 3, 1944 in Lonaconing she was the daughter of the late Allen R. Cutter and Louise (Zais) Cutter.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Paul Edward Fazenbaker on March 20, 2006.
She was a Methodist by Faith. She loved animals and enjoyed watching the squirrels and other animals in their natural environment. She enjoyed polka music and loved John Wayne movies. She was an exceptional homemaker and mother.
She is survived by two children, John Paul Fazenbaker and wife Judy, Lonaconing, MD and Alicia Lou Moses and Bob Moses, Lonaconing, MD; four Grandchildren, Chris Fazenbaker and Maggie, Adam Fazenbaker and fiancé Kim Propst all of Lonaconing, Fredricka Fraser and husband Ian of Waldorf, MD and Travis Moses of Lonaconing, MD; seven great-grandchildren, Alexis, Trinity, Alayna, Kinleigh and Victoria Fraser and Kayden and Carson Fazenbaker; one sister, June Preston of Barton; one brother, Richard Cutter of Midland; two brothers-in-law, Buddy Fazenbaker and wife Louise and their children and Wheeler Fazenbaker and wife Carol and their children; nieces and nephews, Cindy Clark, Robert Preston Jr., Connie Marple, David Cutter, Cami Cutter. She also survived by her beloved dog, Ginger.
Family and friends will be received at Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home P.A., Lonaconing, MD on Thursday, February 16, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, February 17, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. with the Rev. Thomas Morgan officiating. Interment will be held at Frostburg, Memorial Park, Frostburg, MD.
