Mary Nolan

Mary Margaret Nolan, 95, of Frostburg, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 24, 2022 at Mountain City Center Nursing Home, Frostburg. Born on November 23, 1926 in National, she was the daughter of the late Daniel E. Nolan and Mary (Traynor) Kerr Nolan.

She was preceded in death by her siblings, George Nolan, Rosemary Colmer, Regina Kight, Edward Nolan, Dolores Niner and Daniel Nolan. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Mary Margaret worked at Orts Bakery for over 25 years before she retired. She was a second mother to many of her nieces and nephews. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Midland and was a former member of the Sodality.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Saturday, August 6, 2022 from 9-11AM at Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM with Father Ed Hendricks officiating. Interment will be held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery, Midland, MD.
