Mary Lee

Mary F. Lee, 84, of Skyline Drive, Barton died Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at her home peacefully in her sleep. Born on September 22, 1936 in Barton, she was the daughter of the late Clarence Shriver and Mary (Beeman) Shriver.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Lee on February 23, 1989.

Mary was a 1954 graduate of Valley High School. She enjoyed gardening and loved her cat, Possum.

She leaves behind two children, daughter Lisa Arnold and husband Butch of Surfside Beach, SC and son Stacy Lee of Barton; a grandson DJ Franklin and wife Bri; sisters, Carolyn Hughes, Judy Metts and Blanch Matthews; brothers, Harry Thomas Shriver and Bobby Shriver; numerous nieces and nephews including a special niece, Glenna McCutcheon and a special nephew, Eddie Lee and her best friend, Jannie James.

Family and friends will be received on Monday, September 13, 2021 from 6-8 PM at Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing. A funeral service will immediately follow at 8:00 PM with Deacon Harold Bradley officiating. Interment will take place at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Moscow Mills.
