Kathy June Broadwater, 66, of Waterside Street, Moscow died Monday, December 28, 2015 at Potomac Valley Hospital, Keyser. Born on December 15, 1949 in Oklahoma she was the daughter of the late Bobby Torbett and Lorene (Welder) Torbett.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Barbara Jean Brice and Iva Jean Brown
Kathy worked for many years as a seamstress at the Flushing Shirt Factory.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years Wayne Broadwater Sr.; three children, Wayne Broadwater Jr. and wife Betsy, Lucinda Whiteman and husband Vaughn and Joseph Broadwater and Kari Moses; seven grandchildren, Levi and Katie Broadwater, Allen Whiteman and wife Lisa, Vaughn Whiteman Jr. and Kaylee, Joseph Jr. and Andrea Broadwater; three sisters, Thelma Robertson, Myrtle Marie Wood and Louise Night and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and Friends will be received at the Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing on Thursday, December 31, 2015 from Noon-2PM. A funeral service will immediately follow at 2:00PM with Rev. Thomas Morgan officiating. Interment will be held at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Moscow Mills.
