John Warnick

John Davey Warnick, 59 formerly of Lonaconing, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at Moran Manor Nursing Home, Westernport. Born on July 19, 1961 in Cumberland he was the son of the late Donald “Romeo” Warnick and Judith Ann (Miller) Warnick.

John Davey was a 1981 graduate of Valley High School, he further pursued his education at Allegany College of Maryland where he earned an Associates in Education. He continued on to Frostburg State University where he completed a Bachelors in Business. John enjoyed simple things like singing karaoke, playing guitar and watching Jeopardy and NASCAR always enjoyed singing for the residents at the nursing home because he loved to see other folks smiling and happy.

He is survived by his sisters, Bridget Anne Robertson, Annie Laurie Warnick and Carissa Anne Warnick and nieces and nephew, Kyana, Keeran, Kourtney and Robert K. Robertson and Talia Judith Wannamaker.

Family and friends will be received on Monday, July 19, 2021 from 5-7PM at Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing. A funeral service will immediately follow at 7:00 PM. Interment will be held at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Moscow Mills. John will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
