Jack Nelson Goebel, Jr., 76, of Rt. 1, Keyser, WV died Sunday, December 23, 2012 at his residence. Born on February 23, 1936 in Baltimore, MD.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Dora May (Dailey) Goebel on August 19, 2002.
He was member of the Wesleyan Methodist Church, Keyser, WV. and the Fountain Ruritan Club. He was a retired General Superintendent of the Keyser Stainless. He was also a member of the National Guard.
He is survived by two daughters, Janice Goebel at home and Carol Andrews and husband Rob of Keyser; two grandchildren, Joshua Wilson and wife Charlene and Bethany Wilson; four great-grandchildren, Cameron Wilson, Dorian Wilson, Collin Wilson and Gianna Wilson and his sister, Helen Grove of Delaware
At his request he was cremated.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Fountain Ruritan Club, Fountain, WV on Saturday, December 29, 2012 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Clarence Mayhle officiating. Arrangements by Eichhorn-McKenzie Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing (www.eichhornmckenzie.com).
At the request of the family memorial contributions may be made to the Clary Street Learning Center at 50 Clary Street, Keyser, WV 26726.
