Helen Patricia Blubaugh Kenner, 70, of Kenner Lane, Midland went to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 2, 2010 at Frostburg Village Nursing Home with her loving family at her bedside . Born November 3, 1939 in Midland she was the daughter of the late, James Walter Blubaugh and Helen Elizabeth (Clise) Blubaugh.
She was preceded in death by one brother, James Clise Blubaugh.
She was member of Bethel Pentecostal Holiness Church, Lonaconing. She was a loving and devoted wife, mom, grandma and sister. She was a 57' graduate of Valley High School, Lonaconing and attended Catherman's Business School, Cumberland. She formerly worked at Murphy's in Frostburg but was a homemaker most of her life while caring for 39 foster children.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Lewis Cecil Kenner; six children, Tina Ruby and friend Larry of Vale Summit, Lois Winters, Jim Kenner and wife Tammy of Oakland, Ed Kenner and wife Gail of Midland, Thomas Kenner and wife Jesi of Cambridge and Jack Kenner of Midland; fourteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; one sister, Mary Ann Kenner and husband Richard of Midland; three foster sisters, Hazel Ketterman of Frostburg, Lila VanMeter of Ridgeley, WV and Mary Louise Fazenbaker of Lonaconing and numerous nieces and nephews.

), Midland on Saturday, September 4, 2010 from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM. A funeral service will be held at Bethel Pentecostal Holiness Church, Lonaconing on Sunday, September 5, 2010 at 2:00 PM with the Rev. Mark McAllister and Rev. George Loar officiating. Family and friends will be received prior to the service at 1:30 PM. Interment will be held at Frostburg Memorial Park, Frostburg.
The family suggest that memorial contributions be made to the Bethel Pentecostal Holiness Church, 20701 Bethel Drive S.W., Lonaconing, MD 21539.
Pallbearers will be grandsons, John Ruby, James Ruby, Justin Kenner, Carson Kenner, Aaron Helms, Woody Kenner, Aaron Winters and nephew Rick Kenner.
