Ellen Marie Smith, 51, of Seldom Seen Road, Lonaconing died Friday, July 26, 2024 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. Born on April 23, 1973, she was the daughter of the late Mary (Poland) Steele and Wayne Green.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Shaen and her step-father, Raymond Steele.
Ellen was a graduate of the Valley High School class of 1991. She worked as a correctional officer for the North Branch Correctional Institution, Cumberland. She loved just living life to the fullest and planning her next vacation.
She leaves behind her husband, Todd and their two children, Tyler and Makhia; a brother, Charles Green and wife Connie and several nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind many other friends and family members, who will miss her dearly.
At her request she will be cremated and no services will be held. Ellen is in the care of Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing.
