Dixie Wilson

Dixie Ann Wilson, 72, of Edgewater, FL, died September 25, 2022 in Edgewater. Born on January 21, 1950 in Frostburg she was the daughter of the late Vincent Nolan and Birdie (Dixon) Nolan.

She was preceded in death by a brother Galen Nolan, a special niece Paige Campbell, a daughter-in-law Carole Wilson and two of her precious poodles, Fifi and Gigi.

Dixie worked as a bank manager for many years at various banks. She won numerous awards for her hard work; at Regions Bank: Best Performance, Top Referrals, Top Outbound Calls and Top Investment Referrals and at Barnett Bank she won the Super Service Award. Dixie excelled in her career and was a people person, she loved banking. In her spare time Dixie enjoyed going on cruises with her husband, Gary.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Gary Wilson of Edgewater, FL; two step-children, Kevin Wilson and wife Valerie and Gary Wilson; grandchildren, Ashley, Jason, Lukas and Rex; great-grandchildren, Carson and Reed; two sisters, Denise Thomas and husband Dave and Mary Lynn Seifarth and husband Bob; two brothers, Daniel Nolan and wife Veronica and Michael Nolan; numerous nieces and nephews and her very loved poodle, Mimi.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Midland. Family and friends will be received two hours prior to the service.
