Beverly Blair

Beverly June Blair, 80, of Paradise Street, Midland died Friday, September 6, 2019 at Western Maryland Regional Medical Center, Cumberland. Born on June 7, 1939 she was the daughter of the late Earl Kroll and Naomi (Filer) Kroll.

She was preceded in death by her son Brian Keith Blair on March 22, 2011.

Beverly was a member of the Midland Grace United Methodist, where she played the organ for 60 plus years. A 1957 graduate of Beall High School, she also attended Catherman’s Business School; she was a homemaker. She loved to crochet, draw and color.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 60 years Richard “Dick” Blair; four children Richard E. Blair, Sr. of Finzel, Gwynne Sturtz and husband Robert of Frostburg, Michael Blair and wife Megan of Midland and Robert Blair and wife Candice of Frostburg; eight grandchildren Richard E. Blair, Jr. and wife Ana, Charles Blair and wife Melanie, Shawnda Blair, Shaela Murtha and husband Nathan, Makayla Blair, Jordyn Blair, Alex Blair and Hayden Blair; six great-grandchildren Daniel, Keana, Draven, Kierra, Phoenix and River; brother Earl Lee Kroll and wife Marie of Lakewood, WV; daughter-in-law Tammie Blair of Midland; special niece Leann Frank and many other nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Monday, September 9, 2019 from 2-4 PM and 7-9PM Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Midland. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 11:00AM at Midland Grace United Methodist Church, Midland. Interment will be held at Frostburg Memorial Park, Frostburg.
