Bessie Warnick

Bessie “Liz” Warnick, 78, of Old Coney Cemetery Road died Friday, November 23, 2018 at her residence. Born on May 15, 1940 she was the daughter of the late Leo Edward Robinette and Mary Elizabeth (Green) Robinette.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert “Gummy” Warnick on October 19, 2007 and her daughter Renee Warnick Meese on June 4, 2009.

Liz was of the protestant faith and a graduate of Valley High School. She enjoyed gardening, shopping and fishing. She loved spending time with the kids and family; having cook outs and being the life of the party.

She is survived by her son Rick Warnick and wife Tina of Lonaconing; four grandchildren Ryan Warnick, Jennifer Warnick, Jessica Wilt and husband Tom and Chevy Meese; six great-grandchildren Sydney, Destiny,Shyan,  Hunter, Tommy, Evan and Aiden; a brother William Leo Robinette and wife Ruthie of Lonaconing; several nieces and nephews including a special niece Robin Warnick of Westernport.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2018 from 4-6 PM at the Bishop Murray Center, Lonaconing. Inurnment will be held at a later date at Green Cemetery, Avilton. Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing handled the arrangements.
