Arlie Clifford Winebrenner Sr., 79, of Back Street, Midland, died Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at his residence with his family by his side. Born April 1, 1942, in Nikep, he was the son of the late Charles Edward Winebrenner and Virginia (Bittinger) Winebrenner. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Shari Winebrenner; grandson, Zachary Winebrenner; and four of his siblings, Lorraine, Kathy, Ted and Eddie. Arlie was a member of Bethel Holiness Pentecostal Church, Lonaconing; he loved his church and reading the Bible. He was also a member George's Creek Valley Lodge AF&AM 161. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and playing the guitar. He loved his family most of all. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Ellen (Green) Winebrenner; son, Arlie Clifford Winebrenner Jr. (Susan); six grandchildren, Elizabeth Ann Fracasso (Chris), Rachel Lee Moore (Aaron), Veronica Ford, Sara Jean Weekes (Shane), Brandi Lynn Jefts (Eric) and David Wayne Rizer (Emilie); 21 great-grandchildren; siblings, Joe, Eugene, Marlene and Carolyn; and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at Bethel Holiness Pentecostal Church, Lonaconing, on Friday, June 4, 2021, from noon to 2 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. with the Rev. David Schoch officiating. Interment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery, Moscow Mills. Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing, is in charge of arrangements.
