Angela Adele McCabe, 101, of Lonaconing died Thursday, October 6, 2016 at Egle Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Lonaconing. She was born on March 23, 1915 in Pekin. She was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Martin) McCabe.
She was the last of twelve children; the last surviving member of her immediate family.
She was a graduate of Central High School and a member of the Catholic Daughters of America. She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received at Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing on Saturday, October 8, 2016 from 11:00AM- 1:00PM. A funeral service will immediately follow at 1:00PM with Father Ed Hendricks officiating. Interment will be held at St. Gabriel’s Catholic Cemetery, Barton.
